Technical Recruiter/HR Generalist

LOCATION: Austin, Texas

DESCRIPTION:

Virtual Bridges, Inc is seeking a Technical Recruiter/HR Generalist to hire the top talent in the enterprise software industry. You will work with senior management on staffing for our Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Sales organization. You will be an exceptional hands-on recruiter and will bring your HR Generalist skills to a fast growing startup. You will develop strong relationships with senior management throughout our organization fueling the highest caliber of top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leading-edge methods to attract top talent
• Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines.
• Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, job postings, university relations, etc.
• HR Generalist activities involving organizing and overseeing perform reviews and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• HR Generalist background a huge plus.
• At least 3-5 years of technical, operations and product management recruiting experience in a High tech/startup environment – software development industry preferred.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to grasp new & changing technologies.
• Internet savvy.
