The Lead Generation Specialist position is mainly a communications position and performs tele-prospecting functions for our sales team. It will utilize your professional communication, your research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills. The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) calls companies across the US and Canada and talks to professionals about their business needs and initiatives relating to desktop mangement. They identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company (usually a administrative, director, or VP-Level) by speaking with multiple company representatives. When they have identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to our sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience with heavy call volumes
- Experience selling into new markets
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Enterprise and midmarket software sales experience a must
- Start-up experience a plus
- Positive attitude required
